Avenue
For over 35 years, Avenue has been a leader in the fashion industry for plus size clothing. Since joining the company, I’ve had the chance to work on every aspect of the brand’s design needs, including digital marketing campaigns, art directing photo shoots and leading a full website redesign.

The Avenue homepage spoke to a more more mature audience than its sister brand, Loralette, with an elegant, sophisticated look. Striking photography struck a balance with fresh color & type to make promos stand out in an elevated way. CTAs and high-contrast typographic elements stayed true to brand.

Campaign landing pages took a fun, editorial approach to content and photography, telling the story of the confident women and social influencers behind the brand, while leading customers forward on an engaging path to product. Likewise, product landing pages highlighted the fit, features, and style of clothes within a selected category.

Although the Avenue Product List pages shared similar framework to the Loralette design, unique features such as photography colors and visual category filtering within header modules made the page feel unique to the brand. The grid features an additional column of tiles to make browsing the larger product catalog faster and easier.

To accommodate a massive and constantly-changing catalog, Product Detail pages were designed with a clean, minimal feel. Re-useable content modules, like this one, added a sense of product storytelling to the page, while minimizing need for unique content production per page.
